Step 1
Vanessa creates her meeting in SalesDeck, and links her meeting to the agenda in Google or teams.
Step 2
Once completed, an email is sent to David with the objective and agenda of the meeting.
David appreciates knowing what we are going to talk about.
Step 3
5min before the meeting an email is sent to Vanessa and David to invite them to connect and participate in an interactive meeting
Step 4
She uses the tv mode to make the questions appears in her videoconference tool. Vanessa starts the meeting by validating the objective of the meeting with David.
David clicks on the OK emoji to say he agrees.
Step 5
Vanessa then plays the Discovery agenda card to start the meeting.
Step 6
Vanessa plays a conversation card to better understand David’s buying process.
David answers verbally and Vanessa takes notes.
Step 7
Vanessa rephrases David’s answers by playing the note cards she took.
David validates the rephrasing and appreciates that he has been understood.
Step 8
Vanessa then plays the agenda card Presentation to continue the meeting.
Step 9
Vanessa presents her company with a pdf.
David asks to speak on page 5 of the document.

Vanessa asks David a multiple choice question to find out his budget range.
David responds instantly by clicking on the correct answer. This is easier for him to do than it would have been in the oral presentation.
Step 11
Vanessa concludes the exchange by proposing dates for the next meeting with David and Lara.
Step 12
Vanessa sends an automatically written report to David and Vanessa’s crm is automatically updated.
Step 13
At the end of the meeting, David replays the meeting with Kimberley, his colleague, to present Vanessa’s solution.

David enjoyed this meeting experience. The meeting was well structured, transparent and fun.
